Spending years in Asia, studying alcohol with some of the most prestigious people in the country – judges, doctors, scientists and of course wine bar managers, I found a hole in the bridge between practical understanding and academic application.   It wasn’t merely the language barrier, it was also format comprehension in understanding what questions were being posed.  Therefore, I began to create a compilation of practice exams targeted towards giving my classmates a deeper understanding of exam format and content.  Years later, we still receive praise for the assistance we provided.  When asked why we do what we do – Each One to Teach One…the more people are involved, the stronger, more sustainable and diverse the industry will become.

“The multiple choice part of the wine & spirits exam was always easy for me, but I had to retake the exams 3 times – I didn’t understand the essay questions – 谢谢你老师“ Xue Mei Li
